High Roans Bed and Breakfast, Location

From the M6 - Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 37 and take the A684 signposted Sedbergh. On entering Sedbergh continue until reaching R.S. Morphet garage on left and turn immediately left after the garage (opposite the phone box), on to Guldrey Lane. Travel up the lane, over the sleeping police-men and bear right at the top, High Roans is immediately infront of you.

From the North, Either A66/A683 or A1/A684 - follow signs for Sedbergh, Continue through the town, down Station Road until you see R.S Morphet garage, immediately before the garage, turn right, opposite the phone box, onto Guldrey Lane. Proceed up the lane as above.
